Alex Tome photographs weddings from Lisbon, across Portugal and wherever the day happens to be. He works close and quietly: no posing, no long lists of group shots, no interrupting the moment to rebuild it. What comes back is the day as it actually felt.

His work has been published in Vogue and Condé Nast Brides, and selected by Junebug Weddings. He shoots roughly twenty weddings a year, which is deliberate — it keeps every one of them personal.
